Whether you are coming to hill walk, cycle, spot the wildlife or just chill out, we offer a great base for your adventures. With amazing views of Loch Scresort in our modern facility, we cater for all types of guests.
We have 1 twin room, 3 rooms that can sleep up to four people, and 1 large room which can accommodate up to six people. Each bed has a reading light and a USB charging port as well as a choice of pillow for added comfort.
There is a large spacious and comfortable living & dining area with a log burner, with stunning views across the loch. We have plenty of books and games to keep you entertained all year round. Keep an eye out for seals splashing around and a wide variety of birdlife swooping around!
If you are staying at the bunkhouse, you have free access to our two kitchens, each fully equipped with fridge, cookers/ovens, toasters, microwave and cooking equipment and crockery and with enough space for large or multiple groups to prepare their meals. The well stocked General Store is only a ten minute walk away.
There are five toilets and six showers, separate male & female facilities and disabled access too.
On top of all this we also sell Isle of Rum Merchandise to take a little piece of our beautiful island with you!
Guests also have access to the drying room and if you are staying with us for more than 2 weeks there are laundry facilities available too.
Excellent WI-FI connection is available so you can keep up to date with the mainland if you wish.

NOTE: We are an off grid accommodation. At times, some of our equipment or services may be out of action based on the nature of this lifestyle. We will always do our best to ensure that this period of time is as short as possible. As there are no supply/DIY shops on island, we are unable to replace things as quickly as we would like but will always strive too!
Unfortunately, we do not allow dogs into the Bunkhouse but our cabins are pet friendly and more details can be found on the Accommodation tab above.
We also have a 2 night minimum stay policy.
